Shipping

We ship all orders from Germany.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–5 business days

• European Union: 4–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging and certificate of authenticity.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
